“Lions' Pride” was called out by Jersey Coast Guard around lunch time Saturday 14th September 2013.
A passing vessel reported an object in the water which looked like a body.
Lions' Pride was tasked to search for what was confirmed to be a body in the water and directed the Jersey Lifeboat to its location.
Search Director Jason Hobbs said it was a very sad outcome however we carried out our duties and located the body in a very short period of time as requested before returning to Guernsey.
