Crew alerted Red Call by Guernsey Coastguard for a search of the Guernsey South Coast car parks for a white van with a yellow kayak on the roof. With Guernsey Coastguard co-ordinating.
Crew assembled, briefed and prepared for departure. Whilst still on blocks with engines running, message received at 14:07 hrs to stand down as casualty had been located.
Aircraft returned to the hanger and made ready.
