07/2015 - Missing person, Jersey


The Channel Islands Air Search aircraft, call sign Air Search One, was called out at 7.15 a.m. on 10th December 2015 by the States of Jersey Police to search for the missing person, Adrian Lynch.

After receipt of a briefing from the States of Jersey Police, the aircraft took off at 8.25 a.m.

An Air Search Crew Member said "We were requested to search a number of locations in St. Lawrence, St. John, Trinity and St. Mary by the States of Jersey Police.  We searched each of these thoroughly but despite having excellent visibility throughout the flight, no sightings of Adrian were made."

The aircraft landed at Guernsey at 11.10 a.m., having been airborne for two hours and 45 minutes.
